The Curo Contact Centre celebrated its first birthday in April and as we look back it’s been an exciting journey.

We’ve handled around 300,000 contacts which have come in through post, email, face-to-face visits, our website, Facebook and Twitter, as well as phone calls. We have a skilled team here, ready to support you no matter how you wish to contact us.

We’ve taken just over 145,000 calls since we opened and our average wait time has reduced by 46 seconds. We’ve steadily improved and are now able to answer your calls in less than 30 seconds on average.

We have also trained our colleagues to be able to deal with the majority of your enquiries. No need to ask to be transferred, we can help you straight away. No more leaving messages and asking to be called back. We can:

  • take payments,
  • book appointments for repairs,
  • case-manage your complaints, and
  • answer most of your general enquiries without having to transfer you to another department.

If you prefer a face-to-face visit, our newly refurbished branches are now open throughout the day, so you can visit us in Bath, Midsomer Norton and Keynsham.
