A big thanks to everyone who completed our recent Curo customer survey. The response has been fantastic with over 1,400 replies, helping us understand what works well for customers and where you’d like us to focus our improvements.
We promised to donate £1 to Curo’s charity of the year, CLIC Sargent, for each of the first 1,000 surveys completed. With such a good response we’ve decided to extend this to every survey and have donated £1,500 to the charity.
Curo Director of Strategy & Planning, Paul Ryall-Friend, visited CLIC House in Bristol to present our cheque to fundraising Manager Tori Williams (pictured right) and CLIC House Manager Ann Grady (left).
CLIC House is one of the charity’s ‘Homes from Home’, providing accommodation for families so they can be near their child while they are being treated for cancer.
Our fundraising for CLIC Sargent received another huge boost with the Curo Golf Charity Challenge held in September, raising over £1,500 for the charity. A huge thanks to all who took part and to our generous sponsors at Snape Construction, Travis Perkins, Trident, EmmDee & EmmDee Electrical, Wessex Group and NKS Contracts.
