Support for residents
Curo is progressing plans to redevelop parts of the Foxhill estate, alongside plans for 700 new homes at Mulberry Park (the former MOD Foxhill site).
Curo’s regeneration proposals could affect existing tenants and homeowners living on the estate.
We are committed to supporting tenants and homeowners through the regeneration and we are meeting one-to-one with them to understand their housing needs.

One-to-one advice and support is available from Curo’s Housing Options Enabler, James Lewis.
