Disability Action Group
We serve a diverse range of customers. Our data tells us that around 22% of our customers have a disability.
To ensure that our services are designed around the needs of all our customers, this group will ensure that customers with a disability can help us better understand how our services can be adapted to be accessible for all.
This group will be limited to 12 members with a re-election period of two years to remain a member.
Curo undertake Equality Impact Assessments when considering changes to policy or running large improvement projects.
The new Disability Action Group will review a sample of these each time they meet so their life experience can be used to provide further evidence.
