These are the kind of questions we’ll be asking at our new Curo Customer Focus sessions.
At these relaxed events you’ll be with a small group of Curo customers chatting together about your experience of accessing a specific Curo service.
We’re holding these sessions because we want to improve the services we provide - and we know you’re the best person to help us understand what works and what we can do to make things easier.
Your feedback will help us to map out all the steps customers take when they interact with us around a service. This will help us to create a ‘customer journey map’. We’ll use this to cut out unnecessary stages, speed things up and make things simpler where we can.
