Curo App instructions
The first time you open the Curo App, you’ll need to register and put in some information about yourself so we can make sure you are you. You'll need your tenancy reference number to sign up (you can find it on the latest rent statement you’ll have received from us).
We'd like to know what you like and what you don’t like, that way we can make the service as good as possible. To do this, we’ll ask you to give us your views through online surveys. If you’ve got some specific feedback you’d like to provide, there’s a 'contact us' facility in the app you can use too, to send us a message.
