Universal Credit is one of the biggest changes to the benefit system in a generation, and it will have a real impact on Curo’s customers and on Curo itself. Its introduction is being phased slowly, over a number of years. The Curo Scrutiny Panel has looked at how Curo is preparing for it, and preparing customers for it. The first report focuses on this – but also confirms that the Panel will keep progress under review over the coming years.
