Service Charges affect a huge number of Curo’s customers. It’s a complex area, and impacts in lots of different ways. For leaseholders the amounts involved can be large. Curo’s been making changes to the way it administers and recovers charges for services and the Panel wanted to look at this from the customers’ perspective.
Curo has taken on board the recommendations that the report makes and they are currently putting together an action plan to respond. This will be posted on this page as soon as it’s been agreed with the Panel.
