If you are looking for a home to rent there are two main options available to you:

Rent directly from us

We are able to rent some of our homes directly.

Apply through your local authority

Most of our homes are available through your local authority's Choice-Based Lettings scheme.

At Curo we own and manage over 10,000 homes across the South West. We aim to provide, and maintain, a consistently good quality and choice of housing at an affordable rent.

If you would like to apply for a Curo home you will need to apply to the Choice Based Lettings schemes run by the local authority in the areas you wish to live in.

However we are able to rent some of our homes directly. Renting directly from Curo

What type of tenancies are available?

We offer a number of different tenancies. The main two are known as Social Rent and Affordable Rent.

Who can rent a Curo home?

As a registered provider of social housing we can offer homes at low-cost rents to people who need an affordable home. We offer homes to:

Single people
Couples
Families
People who need support or extra care to maintain their tenancy and to live a vibrant lifestyle, e.g. people with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, mental ill health or other support requirements.
Our tenants are of various ages from 18 years upwards. We do, on occasion, provide housing to 16 and 17 year olds where a guarantor is in place.
